Our Machinery

Over the last 3 years, we have invested heavily into the best machinery to service our customers. We pride ourselves with a one-week turnaround (maximum) on all work that enters our shop.

  • Carbide sharpening for blades up to 840mm (33”)

  • Carbide sharpening for blades up to 1300mm (51”). This machine is capable of face guide notching and chip-breakers

  • Carbide sharpening for blades up to 805mm (32”)

  • HSS cold saw sharpening for blades up to 850mm (33”). Capable of A, B, BW & C grinds, as well as chip-breakers.

  • DescrHSS cold saw sharpening for blades up to 850mm (33”). Capable of A, B, BW & C grinds.

  • Spiral bit machining for your up, down, and compression CNC router bits.

  • CNC vertical mill for boring & pin-holing saw blades

  • We have several ancillary machines that support the process of saw blade repairs and other odds and ends. Some of those include: Cincinnati tool & cutter grinders, Browne & Sharpe surface grinder, Wright side grinder, UTMA side grinder, Vollmer side grinder, Micron notcher, polishing machine, drill grinders, chain grinders, Burr King mower grinder, and many more!
